The highly elastic polyester nonwoven fabric used as the backing material is white, particularly gentle on the skin, highly breathable, and water-repellent. The polyacrylate adhesive is further activated by body heat, allowing the bandage to conform perfectly to the skin, follow every movement, and still adhere securely. Thanks to its hypoallergenic and non-irritating properties, aluderm®-aluplast elastic is particularly suitable for people with sensitive skin or bandage allergies.
