The Orochemie HD 410 hand disinfectant is a fast-acting, alcohol-based rub for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection. Suitable protective gloves can also be disinfected with HD 410.

• Tested effectiveness with a broad spectrum of action: bactericidal, tuberculocidal/mycobactericidal, yeasticidal, limited virucidal, limited virucidal PLUS.
• Tested according to current VAH methods and European standards. Limited virucidal according to DVV/RKI let line
• Contains skin-care and moisturizing substances
• Dermatologically tested - very good skin tolerance, even with frequent and regular use
• VAH list. RKI list (areas of impact A). IHO disinfectant list. Tested according to EN 1500, EN 12791, EN 13727, EN 13624, EN 14348, EN 14476
• 30 seconds exposure time for hygienic hand disinfection, 1.5 minutes for surgical hand disinfection
• 125 ml bottle with flip top

Application

HD 410 is always used undiluted. For hygienic hand disinfection, completely wet dry hands with at least 3 ml of HD 410 and keep them moist for 30 seconds. For surgical hand disinfection, previously cleaned, dry hands and forearms must be completely wetted and kept moist with HD 410 for 1.5 minutes (at least 10 ml in total). HD 410 is used after each patient for hygienic hand disinfection. Visibly dirty hands are then additionally cleaned. In case of contamination with MRSA - In case of contamination with tuberculosis bacteria, enveloped viruses including HBV, HCV and HIV as well as non-enveloped rotaviruses, adenoviruses or noroviruses, wet hands completely with HD 410 and for 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes with HD 410 with a total of at least 10 ml keep moist.
