Company direct debit
Only for corporate customers!
For the company direct debit you have to sign a direct debit mandate once and send this to your bank. A company direct debit does not allow you to return the amounts. You can get all the details from your customer advisor.
1. Which payment methods do we offer?
- We offer various payment methods to make it as comfortable as possible. You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, direct debit, prepayment, invoice or other common payment service providers.
2. How can I apply for a refund?
- To apply for a refund, please contact our customer service by email or phone. Please have your order number ready and indicate the reason for the refund. We process reimbursement requests according to our terms and conditions and the legal provisions. Your entitlement to a refund depends on the individual circumstances and the reason for the refund.
3. Can I cancel my order if I have already paid?
- Yes, it is possible to cancel an order as long as it has not yet been sent. Please contact our customer service immediately to arrange a cancellation. If the order has already been sent, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 days of receipt. After successfully checking the returned goods, the purchase price will be reimbursed.
4. How long does it take to get my refund?
- After your reimbursement request has been approved, the amount will be referred to the account you used within 14 days. However, depending on your bank or payment service provider, it can take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
