The Hartmann Medicomp® Unstertil fleece compresses consist of a mixture of viscose and polyester fibers. The viscosis content is between 67% and 70%, the remaining proportion consists of polyester fibers. The compresses are free of binders and optical lighten, air -permeable and fourfold and available in different sizes. The compresses can be folded apart if a larger format is required. The fleece compresses can be used as a primary wound base for injuries, to dislike wounds and to clean intact and injured skin, as a carrier material for external preparations (e.g. disinfectant, ointments), as a secondary wound in acute and chronic wounds, to accommodate body fluids and as mechanical barriers.
