Too long shipping due to poor packaging
Order was not packed tightly and was returned. When asked if the item could be sent out by express because I was urgently waiting for it and had losses as a result, it was declined with a snappy response. Shortly after, I received a normal response from a support representative. She probably realized that this is not how you communicate with customers.
