Description

The aluderm® 10x10 cm compress is designed for particularly gentle wound care in first aid and emergency medicine. Thanks to the aluminum-coated wound dressing made of high-quality polyester nonwoven fabric and a hydrophobic PP barrier layer, the risk of wound adhesion is significantly reduced. The dressing is highly absorbent without allowing fluid to seep back into the wound and is ideal for first- and second-degree burns as well as other acute injuries. aluderm® is breathable and promotes skin regeneration and wound healing by ensuring the wound remains undisturbed during dressing changes. The product is physiologically safe, free of chemical binders, and is EO-sterilized under constant monitoring. Each dressing is packaged in special medical-grade paper and has an exceptionally long shelf life of 20 years from the date of manufacture. As a Class I medical device, aluderm® meets high quality and safety standards.
