Details

CUTIMED® SORBION® Plus is a primary wound contact layer that was specially developed to prevent gluing with the wound and to enable an attraumatic association change. It consists of a polyethylene film with a special three -dimensional structure that minimizes the contact area with the wound ground. This structure effectively forwards the exudate from the wound to the secondary wound base, which reduces the backflow of exudate into the wound and the risk of macerations is reduced.

The wound contact layer adapts ideally to the wound surface and can be removed without residue, which increases the comfort for the patient during the change of association.
