Hard, high-density, open-cell polishing pad for random-orbit polishers with a 150-mm backing plate.

Description

Identical in construction to the 125 mm version, designed for 150 mm backing plates: hard, high-density, and open-cell—ideal for the polishing stage requiring the highest material removal rate. Good airflow and a special cooling system in the center keep the temperature low and ensure a long service life.

Velcro fastener for quick pad changes, beveled edge for better handling, and high polish retention capacity. The pad is designed for use with PROFILINE ExCut 05-05.

Position it centrally, do not overheat it, never polish with high pressure or tilt it excessively, and regularly blow it out with compressed air and clean it.
