tesa ACXplus 7054 High Transparency Acrylate-Core Adhesive Tape, 25 m x 19 mm, transparent

Double-sided, high-transparency acrylic adhesive tape for permanent, structural bonding of glass and transparent plastics.

Description

The tesa® ACXplus 7054 is a 500 µm-thick, double-sided acrylic core adhesive tape with very high transparency. It was specially developed for structural and permanent bonding of glass or transparent plastics and offers impressive initial and final adhesive strength. The viscoelastic acrylic core reliably compensates for differences in thermal expansion between the materials being bonded, ensuring long-lasting, secure bonds. Thanks to its transparent appearance, the tape is ideal for applications where the bond needs to remain virtually invisible, such as signs, displays, or decorative glass elements.

Key Features

  • Double-sided acrylic core adhesive tape, 500 µm thick
  • Color: transparent – very high transparency for virtually invisible bonds
  • Adhesive: Pure acrylate for strong, durable adhesion
  • Backing material: rigid acrylic with a viscoelastic core for stress and temperature compensation
  • High initial and final bond strength for structural and permanent applications
  • Adhesive strength on steel (after 3 days): 18 N/cm
  • Dimensions per roll: 25 m x 19 mm
  • Cover type: silicone-free film
  • Ideal for glass and transparent plastics in demanding structural bonding applications

Applications

  • Sign and display manufacturing
  • Installation of glass partitions
  • Mounting of decorative glass panels
  • Bonding of transparent plastic elements
  • Design and architectural applications with high aesthetic requirements

Summary

As a highly transparent, double-sided acrylate-core adhesive tape, tesa® ACXplus 7054 offers a strong, durable, and virtually invisible bonding solution for glass and transparent plastics. Thanks to its high adhesive strength, viscoelastic core, and silicone-free liner, it is ideal for professional, visually demanding construction and installation applications.
