Description

This version of Tricoplast is the single bandage, 8 cm wide—for the lower leg, knee, and larger joints where a 6 cm width would require too many layers.

The bandage stretches approximately 60% lengthwise and 30% crosswise, allowing it to conform to even highly contoured body parts. It consists of cotton fabric with an acrylate adhesive, is sterilizable, water-repellent, radiolucent, and easy to unroll.

Indications

Summary

One extra width saves on layers and thus saves time. For the knee and lower leg, 8 cm is usually the right choice.
